I’m proud to announce, that my graphics are now available for sale as... plexi lamps! ArsetLux performed the light project with a little help of DA artists, who made their art accessible for printing on these lamps. Site of the store is currently available only in german, but Mark (I mean, the producent of these goodies) promised to translate it also to english. Even at this point you can make a little sight-seeing and check out the patterns:

What: PAM_Art!

PAM_Art is the initiative of three dentistry students of Pomeranian Medical Academy:
Małgorzata Żniniewicz (abstract paintings)
Milena Anna Malec (that's me!) (surreal ink graphics)
Jakub Rudak (architecture drawings)

Our goal is to show the surprising, creative and different side of PAM students' activity, who are thought to be too busy to have their own interests. We're hoping to inspire others to create and maybe even find more people to provide next editions of PAM_Art next year.

It's been almost 2 months since my last journal and a even more since the last work I've submitted here. Gosh, I got lazy... or maybe too busy recently? Well... I guess both in some way. But it doesn't mean, that nothing happen on the "artistic" (I don't really like this word) side of my life. So, the news:

1. I've sold my very first print And got featured in print news :> (I'm considering submitting more of my doodles as prints, but I guess it'll take some time - with pc like mine it's impossible to edit a scan from a3 :/ At least for now.)

2. With some friends from Pomeranian Medical Academy we're thinking about preparing an exhibition of our works in one of the clubs in Szczecin. For now it's just a project, but with a bit of luck we're gonna make it come true. So keep your fingers crossed! I'll keep you updated :>

3. I've just got another paid commission!:> (NOTHING makes me happy as much as working on the projects - doesn't matter if it's paid or not The satisfaction counts!)

4. 2 months ago I started to play with some dental devices - I have my first practical exercises in my dental education. Drilling in acrylic teeth is so much fun! stud.pam.szczecin.pl/~melain/m… <-- how do I look?

And for now I'm going back to my beloved biochemistry.
